Quality Assurance

  • We follow ASME Sect. IX for Welding.
  • WPS, PQR & WPQ as per section IX available for verification.
  • Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) is used throughout the execution process.
  • Technical Purchase Specification (TPS) is used throughout the process for procurement of raw material and bought-out as per prescribed standards.
  • Identification and traceability are maintained on all levels of manufacturing.
  • Crystal Engineers has well qualified NDT personnel as a ASNT Level III in UT, RT, MPI and LPT.
  • All measuring & monitoring devices are calibrated
